I Miss All of You （我想念你们每个人）

编者按：英国专家韩德(Reginald Hunt) 曾于上个世纪60年和70年代两度来外语附校教授英语。他的这首打油诗并未写全所有的英语组同事,。既是“打油”，就不可能太“严肃”，而且有些话只有原英语组的老同事才能看懂，我们在诗的后面作了一些注释，只能帮读者一点小忙。望读者不必过于较真。重要的是，读者一定会理解作者写这首诗是为了说：我想念你们每个人。

Did you ever know Lao Zhang （1）

To the UN he has gone

To Mexico he did fly

But he came back bye and bye

Did you ever know Wang Pang （2）

And his colleague young Lao Lang （3）

At sport they’re very keen

One is short and one is lean.

Did you ever know Lao Jin （4）

He’s not fat nor yet too thin

My sons’ heats he did win

When he asks “Can I come in?!”

Diid you ever know Teacher Ding （5）

Peking Opera she can sing

With a gun she’s on the mark

Watch out for her in the dark

DId you know Cheng Yan  (6)

She’s very good with the pen

But a cycle makes her ramkle

And she always breaks her ankle

Did you ever know Da Yu  (7)

She can sing a song or two

She has gone forth on a course

But she’ll return with greater force

Did you ever know Xiao Liu  (8)

She’s only 5 foot 2

But her many consultations

Gave me constant complications

Did you ever know Xu Dajing  (9)

In her health ta meiyou bing  (10)

Her accordian she plays well

While we sing like bloody hell

Not forgetting Yang Fanglin  (11)

Wai Yu Fu Xiao’ kith and kin (12)

To Sri Lanka he has gone

And great victories he has won

What about old Teacher Qiu  (13)

Who thinks she’s wu shi liu  (14)

But she is very young at heart

And in class she acts the part

Did you know Wu Mingliang  (15)

Ready waiting for our call

And she’s always on the ball. (16)

Then there’s dear old Chen Yanfu (17)

Fighting fit at thirty-two

Sport and games are just so boring

But discussions get him going.
